Grind your herbs, spices, nuts, and more in this thick mortar which is wheel-thrown from a white clay body and glazed on the outside with a greenish blue-black glaze. Hand-built pestle is left unglazed clay that is durable and smooth.

Bottom is unglazed and sanded smooth.

Ceramic Mortar Bowl measures 3" tall, 6" diameter. Ceramic Pestle is 4.5" long.
