Ceramic fermenting crock, white and red amanita muscaria mushroom fermentation crock 2 qt.

Wheel-thrown and hand-sculpted, this unique fermentation crock is a special addition to your fermenting supplies, and doubles as a cute cookie jar!

Bulbous white base is carved to look like a mushroom stem. Red lid has has a touch of orange, slightly raised white spots, and a slightly iridescent clear glaze.

This beautiful sauerkraut crock is absolutely unique, and a stand-out from commercial designs. Double lip moat can be filled with water, allowing bubbles to escape, and helping to create a natural airlock. Bottom has a foot-ring that is sanded smooth.

One handmade 2-piece weight included. 5" diameter.

Durable ceramic crock is dishwasher safe, and easy to clean. Lid must be hand-washed.

With lid, measures approx. 6.75" tall, 8" diameter (lid), this fermenting crock pot holds 2 quarts (half gallon).
